If you have been injured in a truck crash, the fastest route is the phone. If it is easier to write it down, use the case review form on any guide — it reaches the same place.
Call
(855) 368-3363 — free case line, available 24/7. This is a dedicated line for TruckLegalFirm.com so the firm can tell which calls came from this site. It reaches the same intake as every other Shiner Law Group number.
Shiner Law Group’s main published line is (561) 777-7700. Either number reaches the firm.
There is no charge for the call and no obligation. If your situation is urgent, calling is better than waiting for a reply to a form.
Case Review Form
The form on every guide page asks for your name, phone, email, and a short description of what happened. It goes directly to Shiner Law Group. Submitting it does not create an attorney-client relationship — that requires a signed agreement.
Offices
Shiner Law Group maintains offices in the following Florida locations:
- Boca Raton — headquarters
- West Palm Beach
- Fort Lauderdale
- Fort Pierce
- Orlando
- Wellington
- Belle Glade
Street addresses and per-office phone numbers are not listed here yet. They will be added once confirmed by the firm, rather than reproduced from third-party directories that may be out of date. Call the case line above and you will be directed to the right office.
What to Expect
- You will speak to a person about what happened, when, and what injuries are involved.
- The consultation is free, and there is no obligation to proceed.
- Move quickly if you can. The evidence that proves a truck case — camera footage, engine data, electronic logs — is held by the trucking company and is overwritten within weeks. See Black Box and ELD Evidence.
- Bring what you have — the crash report number, photographs, the truck’s DOT number, and any correspondence from an insurer. If you do not have it, come anyway.
What We Cannot Do By Email or Phone
We cannot tell you what your case is worth without reviewing the records, and no honest source can. We cannot give legal advice about your situation until there is an attorney-client relationship, which requires a signed agreement. And we cannot represent you simply because you filled in a form — until an agreement is signed, no deadline is being protected on your behalf, so do not treat a submitted form as having stopped the clock.
Florida’s limitations period for negligence claims arising after March 24, 2023 is generally two years, and claims involving government entities carry far shorter notice deadlines. See Florida’s Truck Accident Deadline.
